Short maceration of the skin at a low controlled temperature, followed by gentle pressing. Later maceration and homogenization of juice and pulp at low temperature for several hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature between 15-16ºC. In the middle of the process a part of the must is filled into French oak barrels in which the fermentation is completed. The wine is stored for 3-4 months in oak barrels on the yeast, using the battonage technique daily. Clear and light golden color complex structured. Aromas of white fruits like peach, grapefruit and vanilla.
Best enjoyed with: seafood, sushi, oriental spicy dishes, smoked cheese, white meat, pasta.
Grapevine: 100% Viognier
Low temperature maceration with daily homogenization. Fermentation at controlled temperature (15-17ºC). Yellow-green color, bright and crisp. Aromas of flowers, almonds, pears, peaches with memories of Mediterranean herbs, anise and a hint of citrus. Young wine, fresh, balanced, with a long aftertaste and a bitter note at the end.
Best to enjoy with: white meat, fish and seafood.

The light yellow color and the intense aroma make our sparkling wine a taste experience! The explosion of soft flowers and the philosophy of our winery give it a special touch.
Grapevine: 100% Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Parellada
Short maceration at low temperature before light pressing. Then maceration and daily homogenization of the must with the pulp. At low temperature for 48-72 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 15-16ºC.
Goes well with fish, seafood, prawns and octopus, vegetables. Light dishes, pasta, rice with vegetables and white meat.
