Made from handpicked Merlot grapes harvested at the time of optimal ripeness. The wine is produced by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26-27 ° C. After 15 days of maceration until the end of fermentation. Picota cherry red with violet reflections; bright and clear. Intense aromas of red fruits with a subtle background of spices. Broad and full-bodied with a pleasant aftertaste.

Cold maceration before fermentation for a few hours. Controlled temperature fermentation with daily pumping and pounding of the wine in the early stages of fermentation. After a maceration of about 18 days, the wine is bled by gravity to win the best quality wine. Matured for six months in used French oak barrels. Clear violet color. Aromas of red forest fruits with a touch of balsamic and spices. Lively and full-bodied in the mouth and a pleasant finish. Well balanced wine with a lingering finish. Serve at 16º to 18ºC.
