Cold maceration before fermentation at controlled temperature (22 ° C - 23 ° C); Maceration for 15 days, followed by draining the tanks to obtain the best quality wine. A young wine with aromas of forest fruits such as redcurrants and hints of anise. It is smooth, balanced with a pleasant finish.
Best to enjoy: grilled meats, calçots (roasted green onions from Catalonia), roasted vegetables.
