Low temperature maceration with daily homogenization. Fermentation at controlled temperature (15-17ºC). Yellow-green color, bright and crisp. Aromas of flowers, almonds, pears, peaches with memories of Mediterranean herbs, anise and a hint of citrus. Young wine, fresh, balanced, with a long aftertaste and a bitter note at the end.
Best to enjoy with: white meat, fish and seafood.
